To further enhance the learning outcomes of mid-level cadres, closely follow the development trends and policy hotspots of the engineering consulting industry, Jiangnan Management College continues to innovate its training and learning models. On October 27th, it successfully held the first mid-level cadre forum. The forum mainly takes the forms of Q&A exchange and interactive sharing. It sets the discussion topics and invites experts in the field as guests. Under the guidance of the host, discussions and sharing are carried out to achieve the collision of ideas and the spark of wisdom.

This mid-level cadre forum was hosted by Jin Guiming, the deputy general manager of the company. Hu Xinzan, the deputy general manager of the company, and Xu Hongtao, Tao Shengjian, Xu Xiaozhang and CAI Liping from the functional departments were specially invited as forum guests. The theme was set as "Regional Marketing of the Whole Process Engineering Consulting". The forum began with two warm-up presentations: Tao Shengjian, the general manager of the Whole Process Engineering Consulting Division, on "Policy Analysis of Whole Process Engineering Consulting", and Jin Guiming, the deputy general manager, on "Regional Marketing of Whole Process Engineering Consulting".
