Jiangnan School of Management (hereinafter referred to as "the School") plans to launch three specialized training courses in 2020, namely the second Chief Consultant Training Camp, the Fifth Cornerstone Training Camp, and the third Senior Ivy Training Camp. The enrollment announcements for each camp are as follows:
I. Training Objectives and Application Requirements
The second training camp for Chief consultants
Training objectives
This session of the Chief Consultant Training Camp aims to cultivate high-end professional engineering consulting talents who are competent for the position of project leader in the entire process of engineering consulting
Registration requirements
(1) Have correct thoughts, upright conduct, professional ethics and a strong desire to serve.
(2) Good health, capable of undertaking the position of chief consultant for large and complex public construction projects. Physical fitness;
(3) Possess at least one national-level professional qualification certificate;
(4) Have more than half a year of experience in the position of project leader or executive project leader;
(5) Identify with the company's corporate culture, comply with the company's arrangements, and be willing to develop in the company for a long time;
(6) Possess a strong desire to learn, full enthusiasm for work, passionate dedication to the career, and a responsible professional spirit.
The Fifth Cornerstone Training Camp
Training objectives
This Cornerstone Training camp is specifically designed to cultivate professional marketing managers with a focus on marketing, providing and reserving professional management talents for the company's business operations
Registration requirements
(1) Full-time bachelor's degree or above;
(2) More than three years of experience in the engineering industry;
(3) Possess a solid foundation in professional theoretical knowledge and practical project experience;
(4) Identify with the company's corporate culture, comply with the company's arrangements, and be willing to develop in the company for a long time;
(5) Willing to endure hardships and work hard, with good willpower and strong stress resistance.
The third Ivy League Program Training Camp
Training objectives
This session of the Ivy League Training Camp is mainly aimed at outstanding young employees, with the goal of cultivating high-quality young reserve talents that meet the medium and long-term strategic development needs of the enterprise, serving as the talent reserve force for the company's sustainable development in the future
Registration requirements
(1) Full-time bachelor's degree or above;
(2) Under the age of 35;
(3) At least one year of service experience is required. For full-time master's degree holders, the service experience requirement may be appropriately relaxed.
(4) Identify with the company's corporate culture and have a high degree of loyalty;
(5) Obey the company's arrangements and be willing to develop in the company for a long time.
Ii. Instructions for Registration
Registration form
Self-recommendation and recommendation should be combined. The application forms (Attachments 1 to 3) should be submitted uniformly to the branch company/department. After the initial review and summary by the branch company/department, the application summary table (Attachment 4) should be submitted to Wu Jiani of the college. Administrative staff should directly submit the application form to wu Jiani of the college. Please send the materials to the email wujn@jnpm.cn.
Registration deadline
5 p.m. on March 13th.
Research and evaluation
On March 17th, the college completed the online training needs survey and assessment corresponding to each camp.
Registration review
The college will review the registered employees before March 20th and determine the list of trainees.

Iii. Training Content, Training Methods and Training Period
Cultivation content
Based on the company's development requirements, and in combination with the results of talent assessment and the needs of employees, it is uniformly formulated. At the same time, appropriate dynamic adjustments are made according to the actual effect during the training process.
Cultivation method
The training methods adopted include centralized lectures, online learning, discussion and exchange, visits and research, project practice and defense training, with a focus on practical cases and defense-style training.
Cultivation period
Three offline centralized training sessions will be arranged for each training camp within the year. The classes are scheduled to start in mid-April, and graduation ceremonies will be held for each training camp before the end of November to complete the training tasks.
